Joking aside, I still don't know what you mean.
What exactly is a new "game" and "get started" ? Do you mean an actual game or the monthly tournaments? Which ones? Do you mean for a private invitation to be accepted? Do you mean the time between accepting an invitation (or having one accepted) and the first move? Can you be more specific about how "two months or longer" has shown itself?
