DescriptionPro Pente is just Pente with one additional rule: Not only must the first player place in the center on their first turn, but they must also place somewhere outside the 5x5 grid in the center of the board on their second turn. This minimises the first player's advantage. Other than that, Pro Pente is played exactly like Pente. (This rules/instructions page covers Pro Pente.
