I'd like to finish up a game and not be stopped at 50 turns. I've had quite a few games expire because of this. I just would like to be able to play a game all the way through. I understand about getting out of your base but some times that isn't possible.
It is not 50 moves each player that why, it only 25 moves a player, On IYT it 50 moves a player , here what it looks like here, and you will see you only get 25 moves each player, Turn Date/Time Time Between Turns (HH:MM:SS) Started 10-15 20:30 1 Player 1 10-15 20:41 00:10:38( this is play 1 then it should be # 1 for player 2.) and so on down the board each player should have a frist move. I don't agree with the 50 limit move with this size board. There is no way a game can be played with these limits. Now 50 moves each player ok if thats what they is to make limits on the game but this way is nuts. You can't finish a game at all this way. I see what you're saying Marge with the 25 moves per person. I can't believe our game was over before it was half done. GRRRRR!!!

I'm so frustrated playing this. I used to play it on IYT and it wasn't like this. I don't remember anyone losing because they didn't move all their stones out. But then again those boards are 8x8. I'm not going to play this game if you only get 25 or 50 turns. What is the point in even starting a game if it is going to be over in the middle?
Its a Good rule , but each player has to have the 50 moves, If you dont have a rule like this ,then they are going going to not move out and the game will never end, I have had some that did not klnow about the rule and they tryed to do that, You got to have a rule , and the 50 works on the other sites just fine, games play out just fine, with in that time ,
I think that what ever is done will make the game much improved. At least where the game can be finished. I don't know if the 50 move per person limit is something that will improve the game. I've played this game for years and never noticed a limit in moves before. If there was one, then I was always within my limit.
